Payment Options
I use PayPal for online payment processing. PayPal is an easy and secure method for purchasing products online, using either Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. However, a PayPal account is not required to purchase images online.

Delivery & Shipping
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to be created and delivered within Australia.
Framed Print, Acrylic Print & Canvas Print products are delivered using a door-to-door courier service, and although items are well packaged, we include insurance for peace of mind.

Returns & Refunds Policy
When placing an order please ensure your shipping address is correct. Orders returned due to an incorrect address will incur an additional re-shipping charge.
Cancellations of orders cannot be accepted once your images have been printed and shipped. Refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis, please contact me if you are not entirely happy with your picture.
